Q&A

1. Q: WHY SHOULD I MONITOR MY CAR TIRE PRESSURE?

A:To be safe. Most of the car accidents happened due to the tire aging, high speed, tire leak, tire high temperature, overloaded and so on. So it is better for you to monitor your own car tire condition when you are driving.

2. Q: HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CORRECT TPMS SENSOR FOR MY OWN CAR?

A:This is very important to save your time and money, so please make sure you already chosen the correct TPMS SENSOR for your own car model.

If you already have an old one, you can find the part number from the body normally, so you can buy the new one according to this part number.

If you never use TPMS SENSOR before, please check the car model listed in our products details to find the same model as your own. (Please pay more attention to the car model year, chassis, capacity, country and so on)

If you still can not confirm, please send your car VIN(Vehicle Identification Number) code(total 17 numbers+letters) to us and we will confirm it for you. (This is the best way to confirm the exact sensor for you)

3. Q: SHOULD THIS TPMS SENSOR BE PROGRAMMED BY MY SELFT?

A: This TPMS SENSOR is pre-programmed, no need to be programmed again. It can be used for some particular car models. So please make sure whether this one is exactly for your own car.

4. Q: CAN I INSTALL IT BY MYSELF? AND HOW SHOULD I OPRATE IT?

A: Trained or experienced person to disassemble and install is highly recommended.

Before installation, we recommend reading the sensor ID by TPMS diagnostic unit to make sure the sensor is qualified. This is not mandatory but in case of the sensor is broken in the installation process.

After installation, we recommend reading the sensor ID by TPMS diagnostic unit again.

5. Q: HOW CAN MY CAR RECOGNIZE THE NEW TPMS SENSOR?

A: There are two ways for your car to relearn the new TPMS SENSOR.

【1】AUTO RELEARN.

Step 1: After installation, the car should be locked and stationary for about 30mins.

The I-key should get far away from the car 5 meters or more.

Step 2: Drive for 10min, tire pressure alarm lamp will disappear.

(Attention: Some car doesn't have this function, and you must go to OBDII method

.)

【2】OBDII method

Step 1: Must use diagnostic with TPMS OBDII function.

Step 2: Turn ignition ON.

Step 3: Connect the OBDII Cable/Module to OBD connector.

Step 4: Follow the diagnostic screen's learning instruction until OBDII learning

successfully.
